We were in Topsail recently scouting out spots for a future vacation and found this hidden gem there. Sea Vista is the perfect spot for a beach vacation. Very relaxed, great ocean views for the sunrise. The beach was very clean and quiet, just steps from the hotel. The motel itself was rustic and a great sandy beach vibe. They have outdoor showers as well! A quick ride to Surf City to stock up on supplies. We met some very friendly neighbours and the staff was very welcoming. This is a place we will come back to next time we are in NC. If you like the beach, you will love this area.

We came here with our dog for her first beach trip we all had the best time. The people who work in the office are so friendly and so are the guests. We will most definitely be back! Don’t forget to check out the shirts in the office the tie dye ones are so cool!

The staff upon arrival were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, excellent view of the ocean, and it was quiet and peaceful! It was a wonderful mini vacation for our 6 year anniversary! We will most definitely come back! The room was clean and very homey feeling (bed was a little uncomfortable) but overall we found our diamond in the ruff

This was our fist stay at the Sea Vista, but it will definitely NOT be our last! Staff in the front office was chill and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable! Beyond that, the views and access to the beach were absolutely perfect. It’s nothing fancy but we brought food and cooked in the room which saved us a ton of money. What a great quiet place to stay. If you’re looking for lots of people and extra things to do, this might not be for you. However, if you’re looking for a relaxed, chill beach getaway you can’t miss this place!

We have been a guest at Sea Vista for many years and it has always been a real treat. This was the first time we were in the honeymoon suite - that is the single room on the 4th floor What an awesome view and a very quiet room. The front desk and Michael the owner are just delightful and attentive to guests needs. This is one of the few places on the south end of Topsail Island you can get a room for a couple nights right on the beach and not have to pay for a whole week. We will come back again.

After an unusual stressful time in my Life I called the SEAVISTA to regenerate. As soon as you hear the warm and welcoming voice of Ms Kathie , you know your Troubles are over! I am familiar with this most wonderful and unique Hotel, I had stayed there in years gone by with my German Shepherd MANDI and then with my German Rottweiler BAMBI. Now I am "owned" by a Bichon named PYXIE. And as before, the SEAVISTA did not disappoint! Finally I entered my sparkling clean room and the sunshine and the view of the Ocean surrounded me with Comfort and Grace. My room had absolutely everything a person and a Doggie would need and want, I did not lack anything. But the best part at SEAVISTA is the delightful staff. Everybody is in a good mood and kind and understanding and very very helpful! With all my Heart I wish to Thank everybody for your Hospitality. My soul is truly healed after this much needed visit at SEAVISTA. Looking forward to seeing you all again in March! With Love, LINDI and PYXIE
